Thailand to Skopje

I just returned from a leadership conference in Thailand. The week-long conference was certainly enjoyable. I only hope it proves to be profitable too. The last one of these world-wide conferences was also held in Thailand six years ago. MasterPlanning was introduced to the fields and that proved to be beneficial. This time a new assessment tool for helping missionaires grow was unveiled.

Rock Dillaman spoke prophetically as to where he sees the Church and the C&MA and where it needs to be. HArd words were shared.

The best part of the conference for me was the interaction with other FD's from our Europe and Middle East region. About the only thing we share in common is the name of the region. Nevertheless, there is great profit from bouncing ideas off others who have a similar responsibility.
